For the last 9 years I have been lucky to work closely with Advanced Community Management. Being a small company, dealing with ACM works well because each team member is across all the issues and is ready to assist.

The team at ACM are professional and well informed. They have great knowledge of the world of strata management and can decipher the legislation for our Committee in plain English so it is understandable for everyone. They are very proactive in educating owners and the Strata Committee, holding an annual information night so we can hear from industry experts about relevant and timely topics.

They are always available to provide advice, answer questions and listen to the inevitable complaints and opinions. They reply promptly, using their years of experience and expertise to provide relevant and timely advice which is compliant with legislation and with the interests of owners at the forefront. They also provide access to up-to-date meeting minutes, bylaws and other important information via an online portal.
