Levy contribution notices are sent to all lot owners approximately two weeks prior to their due date. Levy payments can be made by:
Credit Card
You can make payments using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners Club) with DEFT Payment Systems online at www.deft.com.au or phone 1300 30 10 90. This service is available with no registration required. A surcharge applies.
Customer Initiated Direct Debit
If you prefer to pay directly from your account, simply register your details online at www.deft.com.au. Once registration is completed you can start making payments using DEFT. Once registered for direct debit, you will be able to make one-off levy payments or schedule future payments. You will also be able to view your schedule of past and future payments. You remain in complete control of when and how much you want to pay.
Cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque it must be made payable to Macquarie Bank on behalf of Advanced Community Management. Please write your DEFT Reference Number on the back of the cheque and then mail it, along with the DEFT payment slip, to DEFT Payment Systems GPO Box 4690 SYDNEY NSW 2001.
Australia Post
To pay your levy in person simply present your levy notice at any Australia Post outlet. You may pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. Australia Post will provide you with a receipt.
Please note a $2.75 deft processing fee applies for payments made at Australia Post. Please add this to the total amount due when making payment.
